“Under the skin pimples” are also known as subcutaneous or blind pimples. These spots are often painful and usually appear as red bumps on the skin with no white head/cap.

- Cleanse skin with a suitable cleanser preferably 100% organic
- Put some ice in a plastic zip lock bag, and wrap a thin towel or muslin cloth around it
- Hold and compress ice pack onto the pimple for 10 minutes, to reduce inflammation.
- Now apply diluted organic tea tree oil to the pimple, but please do not apply oil neat as it can burn the skin. You can purchase ready made diluted tea tree oil from your local health store or on the internet. Tea tree oil can be diluted with water, carrier oil or Aloe Vera.
Tea tree oil
This oil is highly recommended to cure pimples it is a powerful antiseptic and destroys bacteria. Although tea tree is extremely effective, occasionally some people do find it irritating.
Apple cider vinegar
If tea tree oil does aggravate your skin then apply some apple cider vinegar instead which is another great pimple cure.
The above steps should really help reduce the inflammation. However, if the pimple is still red and painful the following day after treatment, then repeat above process. You could also try applying the organic manuka honey paste for 15 minutes after cold compress. Once you have removed honey then apply diluted tea tree oil or apple cider vinegar. Manuka honey is great to use because it can penetrate the skin and treats the deeper layers of skin.
For those suffering with subcutaneous pimples, do up your intake of water, also warm water with lemon juice, as it will flush out toxins and speed along the healing process.
